Getting repeat prescriptions can be a bit of a chore, especially if you are working all week, have young children or are elderly. 

There are a number of ways Kings Pharmacy staff can help depending on what your needs and preferences are.

• You can ring/visit us when you have requested your medication at the surgery and we’ll go and pick up your prescription for you, make it up and have it ready for you.

• You can leave your re-order slip with us at the pharmacy and contact us 4days before you run out of your medication.  We will then request your medication for you, collect your prescription and make it up ready for you.

• You can Re-order your medication via this website by clicking on link.

In all cases we will have your medication ready for you at the pharmacy.  If you are housebound or elderly please inform us at the time of your request and we will deliver your medication to you.

Advantages:

• Cuts out repeated journeys to the surgery and then to a pharmacy.

• Simply contacting us does it all!! You don’t have to rush around.

• The service easily fits into a busy working schedule with many ways to contact us.

• We are open longer than most surgeries and on Saturdays therefore you can collect your prescription at your leisure!!

• As we will have picked up the prescription we will know what you require therefore we can order any items we may not have in stock before you collect your medication thus eliminating “out of stocks”  

• If you would like to join our service simply visit us in-store and pick up a consent form.  A member of our friendly team will be more than happy to go through the service with you.

Please note when you contact us we will give you an indication of when your medication will be ready. As a guide: 

·         Prescriptions that have been requested at the surgery by the patient will be ready the next after we have collected it from the surgery.

·         Prescriptions that have been requested via us will be ready 3-4 working days from receipt of request.  

If you require delivery please ensure you are at home to receive it, for safety and security reasons we cannot post medication through letter boxes.
