Prescription requests

Kings has team up with Scriptserve to offer a new and unique service allowing you to view and re-order your medicines online!!  You are also able to use this service to gain more information about your drugs or medical conditions aswell as send messages to Kings.

1. Visit us instore to obtain your Scriptserve ID and to set your secure password.  You will also need to fill in a consent form.

2. Four days before you run out your medicaton visit this website and click on "order your repeat prescription" below the scriptserve logo.

3. You will be re-directed to the scriptserve website.  Enter your user name and password.

4. Follow the on-screen options or Click on "order repeat medication"

5. You will see a list of recent drugs you have had dispensed at Kings.  Tick the drugs you would like to re-order and click on continue.

6. Enter any messages you may have for the pharmacy or surgery team.  If you have any new drugs or drugs not on your medication list then enter these here.  Click on "Send repeat request"

7. You will recieve an acknowledgement when your request has been recieved.  You can also use this site to gain information about your drugs.

8.  Your request will then be sent to the Kings team who will print off your request and take it to your Surgery for you.

9. Your prescription will be ready for collection FOUR working days after your request.  Please note repeat requests made after 10.30am will be taken to the surgery the next day.
