NEW!! Kings Aquires The Maypole Eye Clinic

We are please to announce the aquisition of Maypole Eye Clinic as of January 2009.  The Maypole Eye Clinic has been trading for around 6years and over that period has built up a great reputation for providing a friendly, proffessional and personal service to its patients together with great value for money.  The practice is situated near the Maypole round about and has the benefit of parking facilities.  If you prefer the great service you recieve at Kings but live closer to the Maypole then you now have another option!!

MacMillans Worlds Biggest Coffee Morning!

Friday 26th September 2008

A Big thankyou to all those who donated prizes, baked cakes and to those who attended our coffee morning.  The day went went very well with many attending to have a coffee, a piece of cake and a chat!  We had raffle draws, lucky dips, lucky square competitions on the day.

We managed to raise £450 for Macmillan cancer support, which we are sure will be a great help.  Click Here to see more photos of the day.

NEW! Chief Executive Visits Kings Pharmacy & Opticians

We were recently visited by the Chief Executive of the South Birmingham Primary Care Trust, Mrs Moira Dumma. The government is increasingly calling upon pharmacists to offer new services such as Medication Reviews, Health Checks, Smoking Cessation and many more. Mrs Dumma was able to gain an insight into how pharmacies work and see the great work pharmacies like Kings do for the community. We were very pleased that Mrs Dumma was able to take time out of her busy schedule to visit us.
